Q. How long will my beverage stay warm or cold?
A. The insulation performance is dependent on size, shape and performance of the vacuum body. On average the following applies: Drink filling temperature 200F after 12 hours 145 F.
Q. I'm not a coffee or tea connoisseur, why would I pay this price for an alfi carafe versus others on the market?
A. Alfi is produced in Weirhem, Germany under the highest manufacturing standards. The bodies of our carafes are constructed using brass, stainless steel or polypropylene. Our glass liners are not coated with mercury that can be harmful to you like others on the market.
Q. How should I clean my alfi product?
A. We recommend using a soft bottle brush when cleaning our glass liners and never submerge your carafe. This could cause water to be trapped between the carafe base and liner.
Q. Is my alfi carafe dishwasher safe?
A. Most carafes in our TOP THERM product line, which include our unbreakable stainless steel liner and body, are dishwasher safe. Chrome plated alfi carafes are not recommended for cleaning in a dishwasher. Please refer to specific instructions that are included with your alfi product.
Q. How long is my carafe under warranty?
A. All alfi carafes have a 5 year warranty on the insulation performance.
Q. What should I do if my carafe is damaged or defective upon arrival?

Q. I love my carafe but it needs a little TLC?
A. Over time your alfi carafe may begin to show signs of wear such as coffee stains on your stopper. We can repair most carafes at our Service Department.
